About this Cookware
Circulon 2 Cookware offers an exclusive nonstick food release system called the TotalĀ® Hi-Low Food Release system. This Food release system is guaranteed to outlast all other nonstick cookware and has been tested in a lab environment. This cookware features raised circle ridges at the bottom of each pan. These ridges protect the nonstick surface from abrasion. Circulon 2 Cookware is made from hard anodized aluminum that provides fast and even heating. Aluminum anodizing is a unique electrochemical process that increases the thickness and hardness of aluminum. As a result, anodized aluminum is twice as hard as stainless steel making it extremely durable. The exterior of this cookware is also nonstick, which makes it super easy to clean. This cookware has phenolic (heat-resistant plastic) handles that are oven safe to 350 degrees. The handle's ergonomic design gives you a comfortable grip while lifting the pan. This cookware has polished stainless steel lids. The Circulon 2 Cookware comes with a lifetime limited warranty.

Tips on Using a Wok
-
Select a wok that is deep and well-rounded. This will make tossing much easier and keep the stovetop cleaner.
-
Always start by heating a wok before adding anything to it.
-
If you are going to use oil, wait until the surface begins to let off smoke and then dribble the oil onto the wok.
-
Garlic and onions should be added to the wok first to flavor the oil.
-
While cooking in a wok, the food should be loudly sizzling. If the sizzling slows down, slow down on the tossing as this can reduce the heat.
-
Stir foods just enough to cook them evenly.
