About this Convection Oven
Broil King's Professional ¼ size Convection Oven comes with three shelves. Each shelve can handle a ¼ size commercial baking sheet pan (9½ in. x 13 in.). Heat settings range from 175-500 degrees. The oven has insulated double wall construction and an all stainless steel exterior. The oven door is made with double thermal glass and stays cools to the touch. This convection oven can be used with a 120 minutes timer with auto off, or continuous on.
