About Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware
This Rachael Ray Cookware is made from a heavy-gauge hard anodized aluminum that provides fast and even heating. Aluminum anodizing is a unique electrochemical process that increases the thickness and hardness of aluminum. As a result, anodized aluminum is twice as hard as stainless steel making it extremely durable. The interior features a nonstick interior for easy cleaning. This cookware has a combination of 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber handles. The handle's ergonomic design gives you a comfortable grip while lifting the pan. The silicone provides a grip that is soft, cool to the touch, and non-slip. The long handles feature a convenient loop for hanging the pan. The Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware comes with clear tempered glass lids that have silicone and stainless steel handles. It is oven safe to 400 degrees.
