This Broil King Glass Ceramic Hot Plate features radiant heat technology. It has a power-saving two-circle heat zone that allows for a 5½ in.-diameter 600-watt heating zone or an extra large 8¼-diameter 1500-watt heating zone. This allows you to choose the zone that best matches the size of the pan. This hot plate has an easy to clean glass ceramic cooking surface and attractive brushed stainless steel housing. It can handle up to a 12 qt. pot, and its infinite heat control keeps food simmering or boiling. The low silhouette design keeps the hot plate stable on the countertop.
