Return Policy
All items come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund the cost of the merchandise. Simply email us at returns@theonlinecookwarestore.com about your desire to return an item. We will email shipping instructions and a return authorization number. All returned items need to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the shipping costs. If the return is a result of the customer's change of preference, the customer will incur the expense of all shipping costs.
After 60 days, items are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty if applicable.
Exchange Policy
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, simply email us within 60 days of purchase at returns@theonlinecookwarestore.com about your desire to exchange an item. We will email exchange instructions and reship a new item with no additional shipping charge. If you want to exchange an item for another item, then you will return the original item per our return policy and place a new order for the new item.

Cancellation Policy
An order can be canceled for any reason within the same business day. Please email us at cancels@theonlinecookwarestore.com about your desire to cancel your order. You will receive a reply to confirm that your order has been canceled.
We are sorry, but we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed through one of our fulfillment centers. If this is the case with an order you wish to cancel simply follow our return policy upon receipt of your order.
